Summary:
Lead and oversee the team who provides exceptional hospitality services to visitors experiencing amazing hiking, boating and camping adventures in this 400 acre state park.
Responsibilities:
Strong and effective leadership for a dedicated team of employees providing exceptional hospitality services to the numerous visitors of the Park In conjunction with HR, recruit, develop and lead employees Ensure that the Company's financial priorities and goals are met/exceeded Develop and lead effective relationships with clients and vendors Requirements:
Possess successful background in effective leadership of 20
staff Possess financial understanding and capability to create and manage budgets Past successful experience of building high-performing teams Possess educational background of some college, preferably a degree in business, hospitality or equivalent Minimum of 3-5 years of hospitality management experience.
