Cardiac Cath Services - (Full-time, Day Shift) -Our mission is to continue the teaching and healing ministry of Jesus Christ.

The Cardiovascular Technologist-Invasive works as a critical team member performing simple and complex diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional cardiovascular and angiographic procedures in the adult and geriatric population.
Operates the physiologic equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Positions and instructs the patient for the examinations.
Anticipates potential safety concerns in the environment of care and intervenes as necessary.
Participates in educational activities, departmental committees, and other healthcare related projects as assigned.
Provides direction and guidance in the proper use, care and control of material resources.
Appraise the quality and effectiveness of material and equipment and communicates to responsible individuals.
Provides accurate clinical and billing documentation.
Utilizes interpersonal skills to maximize excellence in customer service, safe patient care, and professionalism.
Contributes to a work environment of caring and cooperation among culturally diverse workforce and patient population.
Performs other duties as needed and assigned.
Graduation from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology.
Associate's Degree in related field preferred.
Minimum of two years diagnostic, interventional and special procedure lab experience required.
Minimum of two years experience with implants required including:
ILR, pacemakers, ICDs, CRT-D, dialysis catheters, IVC filters, hybrid Operating Room procedures, and electrophysiology studies with RF and CRYO ablations.
Minimum one year of Siemens Sensis and Syngo Dynamics experience preferred.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications through the American Heart Association required.
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification required within six months of hire.
Basic EKG interpretation required.
Capacity to sub-specialize in Cardiovascular Technology.
Knowledge in cardiovascular and peripheral vascular intervention.
Knowledge of procedures done in the Special Procedures Section of Radiology and the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory-including electrophysiology and interventional procedures and devices.
Ability and knowledge to handle suction device.
Ability to operate Ambu bag and resuscitation devices.
A high regard for the dignity and worth of patients and their families.
Flexibility.
Must be able to initiate and manage a Code Blue and emergent situation until additional personnel are able to respond, and must be able to deal effectively with anxious, bewildered family members.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
